Literature Raffle Prize - Short Story
Faria walked - as always - a little behind Amy. She herself was a bit more on the ordinary side with dark brown hair barely touching her shoulders, a cute nose but small, dull eyes. Amy on the other hand.. she was the sun. Her smile, the light on her naturally golden hair, those big, round, cornflower blue eyes.. Everyone tried to steal at least a little peek whenever Amy was around which Faria really couldn't blame them for; it was a God-given that one's eyes would be drawn to those cute dimples.
Two weeks left.
Two more weeks of sunshine and laughter and after that Faria's whole world would be bleached of all color.
